TSExplorer is an interactive tool designed for the annotation and exploration of time-series data, enabling users to visualize high-dimensional datasets through various 2D representations. This tool addresses the challenges of working with unlabeled or partially-labeled datasets by facilitating exploratory data analysis and label refinement through interactive visual feedback. Key results indicate that TSExplorer significantly enhances user engagement and efficiency in data annotation tasks compared to traditional methods.
Interactive visualizations in TSExplorer allow researchers to annotate and explore time-series data more efficiently, transforming how we handle high-dimensional datasets.
We present TSExplorer, a cross-platform tool for interactive annotation and exploration of time-series data. The tool enables users to inspect high-dimensional datasets through multiple complementary 2D visualizations derived from high-dimensional feature representations. TSExplorer is designed as a general-purpose research tool supporting a wide range of workflows, including exploratory data analysis, annotation of unlabeled or partially-labeled datasets, comparison of feature representations, and post-hoc inspection and refinement of existing labels with interactive visual feedback.
