JustFit, an MLX-based inference runtime that combines KVExec for compressed KV execution, PhaseSwap for component residency, and StateTrans for state-preserving serving transitions is presented, showing how compact state and lifetime-aware execution expand local serving capacity while supporting extended generated reasoning.
