In an increasingly uncertain business world, futuristic thinking and foresight analysis methods are of great importance to support companies’ future-oriented decisions. Foresight analysis uses techniques such as scenario planning and trend monitoring to reduce future uncertainties. These analyses enable companies to make more informed decisions about future possibilities and play a crucial role in risk management.This article aims to develop a digital platform that simulates foresight-based decision-making processes based on business wargaming principles. Designed in a foresight-based card game format, the simulation allows players to model the competitive environment through various scenarios and evaluate long-term impacts. This game format helps users enhance their futures thinking skills and prepare for potential futures.The system is developed using C# and Unity, supported by pre-trained language models. Additionally, a PostgreSQL-based data management system is used to analyze user interactions and decision processes. This article describes an innovative solution developed in collaboration with TUSAŞ for sectoral decision-making mechanisms. The digital platform presented aims to help companies be more flexible and proactive in their foresight-based planning processes, thus enabling them to adapt more quickly to changing market conditions.
