This study employs a neural network to solve the coupled ghost and gluon Dyson鈥揝chwinger equations in four-dimensional Landau-gauge Yang鈥揗ills theory, utilizing training solely on renormalized equation residuals. The neural solutions exhibit a high degree of accuracy, agreeing with traditional fixed-point solutions within a percent margin and demonstrating robustness against various initialization and model parameters. Notably, the research reveals that variations in the three-gluon vertex model have a more significant impact than the neural network's error, while also successfully reproducing key features of ultraviolet running and the gluon Schwinger function sign change.
Neural networks can achieve percent-level accuracy in solving complex quantum field equations, outperforming traditional methods in robustness and stability.
The coupled ghost and gluon Dyson--Schwinger equations (DSEs) of four-dimensional Landau-gauge Yang--Mills (YM) theory are solved with a neural representation trained only from renormalized equation residuals. The neural and fixed-point solutions agree at the percent level and remain stable under changes of initialization, network size, integration grid, and infrared boundary condition. Variations of the three-gluon vertex model produce substantially larger effects than the neural error. The MiniMOM ultraviolet running and the sign change of the gluon Schwinger function are also reproduced within the limitations of the truncation.
