This work proposes a latency-aware metric for multi-object tracking called streaming-HOTA (s-HOTA), and introduces an ultra-High-resolution Airborne Remote-sensing Dataset (HARD) annotated at three levels for object detection, multi-object tracking, and scene-level visual question answering.
