This work introduces LSREP, a Longitudinal State-Replay Evaluation Protocol combining ordered replay, explicit lifecycle schedules, repeated probes, evolving reference answers, and mechanism-fidelity checks that exposes distinct failure modes that neither architectural descriptions nor aggregate scores identify alone.
