Anti-Notch plus endocrine therapy in ER+ breast cancer inhibits cancer stem cells by increasing DAXX.

It is found that anti-Notch plus ET in ER+ breast cancer inhibits cancer stem cells by increasing DAXX, a promising predictive biomarker, which supports clinical evaluation of therapies that increase DAXX expression.
