Researchers found that people who took nivolumab plus relatlimab were as likely to have cancer come back as people who took nivolumab alone, which means that nivolumab plus relatlimab is not more effective than nivolumab alone as adjuvant (post-surgery) treatment for patients with stage III or IV melanoma that has been removed by surgery.
